Description
A Note from Chef Logan:
This turkey burger is an awesome way to use Thanksgiving leftovers—especially with my cranberry aioli (coming soon). Add cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and onion, and it feels like a gourmet gastropub burger, not leftovers. Everyone’s turkey and stuffing is different, so check out our YouTube video to make sure your mix has the right consistency before it hits the griddle. For more burger tips, dive into the Book of Burger from our BBQ Bible. Fire up the grill and enjoy a lighter, flavor-packed alternative to a classic beef burger.
Ingredients
**All Ingredients**
- Leftover Thanksgiving turkey, shredded
- 1-2 eggs
- 1 cup leftover stuffing
- Your favorite spice rub
Instructions
Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, shred leftover turkey very finely.
Step 2: Add in a cup of stuffing, spice rub to taste, along with one egg. Mix to bind.
Step 3: (Add another egg depending on the turkey mixture. You need enough egg to bind the stuffing to the turkey and hold it together in patty form.)
Step 4: Form your patties and cook them like hamburgers in a skillet or on a griddle.
