Ingredients

- 1 cup water
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 Tablespoon dry yeast
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 5 cups all-purpose flour
- 20 - 3-inch pepperoni sticks
- Olive oil
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat pellet grill to 350 °F.
Step 2: In a medium-sized bowl, dissolve sugar and salt in warm water, add yeast, eggs, and butter. Add flour slowly and knead until smooth.
Step 3: Lightly coat the dough with oil, and let it sit for 2 hours in a covered bowl.
Step 4: Pinch off 1 1/2 inch balls and flatten. Roll the dough around the pepperoni stick, and close the ends. Place on a baking sheet.
Step 5: Bake for 20-25 minutes until tops begin to brown.
Step 6: Let cool and enjoy while the pepperoni oils are still warm and fused with the bread.
Step 7: Store in an air-tight container or freeze.
Step 8: Frozen bread dough may be used in place of the dough recipe.
