Description
Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with this twist on a classic Reuben! Rustic bread filled with Thousand Island dressing, sauerkraut, corned beef, and lots of gooey cheese!
Ingredients
**All Ingredients**
- 1 Pumpernickel round loaf
- Melted butter
- 1/2 cup sauerkraut
- 1/4 cup Thousand Island dressing
- 2 ounces shredded corn beef
- 4 ounces mozzarella cheese
- 2 ounces Swiss cheese
Instructions
Step 1: Cut the bread into cubes, without slicing all the way through. The cubes should be attached to the bottom of the loaf, but fluid enough to move around.
Step 2: Melt 1 stick of butter and drizzle/paint it between the bread cubes.
Step 3: Add sauerkraut and dressing to a bowl. Mix.
Step 4: Using a spoon or basting brush, paint/scoop mixture into the bread cubes.
Step 5: Stuff shredded corned beef, mozzarella, and Swiss cheese between the bread cubes.
Step 6: Using your pellet grill or home oven, bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
